Full penetration welding workstation for thick plate without back gouging
This workstation consists of external shaft slide rail system, overhead arc welding robot and control system, all digital welding system (including a welding torch cleaning equipment), auxiliary welding equipment, off-line programming system and sensing system. It is the first welding workstation in China that is able to realize full penetration welding of thick plate without back gouging and achieves grade I weld requirements. The workstation has the following characteristics:
 
● It can, with the mature offline programming techniques, realize efficient programming and debugging and quick transfer to production of new work pieces; 
● It can deal with complex welding conditions with the Free-programmable swinging graphics
● The super multi-level and multi-pass welding technique can help to realize filling welding and cosmetic welding automatically with;
● The master-slave control technology can make the two robots cooperate with each other, thus realizing high-efficiency production; 
● The fast contact location technology enables the system to quickly adapt to the working condition of large workstations without precise positioning and automatically correct the path; 
● The automatic tool switching system meets the needs of different sizes and products, thus improving utilization of the system.  
 
Automatic loading and unloading system for machine tools
This system, based on the existing CNC machining equipment, can be transformed into robot automatic feeding and unloading production line, so as to realize automatic processing of various kinds of workpieces:
 
● It is equipped with vision system so that it can automatically identify and locate workpieces;
● It is equipped with external axis, so that one robot can correspond to multiple CNC devices; 
● The system can collect data according to requirements and docking with MES system.
● The system is artistic in appearance, safe and reliable, and easy to operate, and can meet all kinds of process requirements.
