She has been working hard on the front line of intelligent quality improvement and transformation of traditional industry projects such as cement loading, casting polishing, and textiles for a long time. She has applied for 5 patents, written 4 soft works, published 2 papers, and participated in the formulation of 1 standard. She has won many awards in the first national intelligent manufacturing innovation competition, the ninth round of Hunan Province’s “Furong Cup” and “Five Small” competitions for female employees, and was rated as Changsha’s “Xiaohe” Young Talent (Innovative Project Category) ), Changsha City Women's Model of Contribution, Changsha City Youth Job Expert, led a team of young female engineers to win the Hunan Province Furong Model Post, Changsha City Workers' Pioneer, Changsha City May 1st Women's Certificate, Changsha City Youth Commando and other honors. The major national scientific research projects she focuses on have completed acceptance and will receive on-site observation of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government's "Three Highs and Four New" strategic industry projects in March 2021.
