Organized by the company’s Employee Activity Center, the event not only highlighted the vitality of young staff and the hardworking spirit of tech‑savvy employees, but also transformed the center into a welcoming haven where employees can nurture their minds and bodies and forge bonds, fostering a sense of collective warmth and belonging.

Craftsmanship Builds Dreams, Youth Makes Contributions | The 2026 “Artisan Cup” Skills Competition of Central South Intelligence Concludes Successfully

To mark the May Fourth Youth Day and promote the spirit of craftsmanship while identifying and nurturing young skilled talent, Zhongnan Intelligent has meticulously organized a youth skills competition. The event was tightly scheduled, bringing together the company’s young artisans to compete on the same stage, showcasing their professional expertise and demonstrating their commitment to hard work and responsibility. This skills contest represents an important initiative by Zhongnan Intelligent to deepen its efforts in cultivating skilled personnel and fostering a corporate culture rooted in craftsmanship. The competition closely aligned with core job requirements, featuring three major categories—machining, equipment installation and commissioning, and warehousing—and brought together participants from diverse roles—including welders, CNC/portal machine operators, drill‑and‑tap machinists, electrical installers and adjusters, mechanical fitters, and forklift operators—for head-to-head challenges. At the competition site, contestants remained focused and composed, tackling every stage with precision—from equipment setup and process execution to meticulous attention to detail and continuous process optimization—striving for excellence at every step. Drawing on solid theoretical knowledge, refined operational skills, and agile adaptability, they engaged in fierce competition. Meanwhile, the judging panel upheld the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, rigorously applying scoring criteria to deliver objective and accurate assessments of each competitor’s professional capabilities.

Craftsmanship Builds Dreams, Youth Makes Contributions | The 2026 “Artisan Cup” Skills Competition of Central South Intelligence Concludes Successfully

The Workers’ Congress of Zhongnan Intelligent was successfully convened.

On the afternoon of April 7, the Third Session of the First Congress of Employee Representatives and Trade Union Members of Zhongnan Intelligence concluded successfully. The event was conducted in a standardized and efficient manner, adopting a hybrid “in-person plus online” participation model. All employee representatives attended, jointly deliberating on the company’s development strategy and charting a new course for democratic management. The meeting approved the work report of the previous trade union committee and the report on the review of trade union funds, and proceeded with a secret ballot to elect the third-term trade union committee, the third-term fund‑review committee, and the third-term women workers’ committee. The trade union committee comprises seven members: Xiao Gaoxiong, Duan Xian, Huang Meijie, Long Huan, Liu Hui, Dan Lang, and Hu Qiyuan. Among them, Xiao Gaoxiong was elected chairman of the trade union; Duan Xian was elected vice-chairman of the trade union and director of the women workers’ committee; and Huang Meijie was elected director of the fund‑review committee.
