Zhongnan Intelligent's Young Employee Carnival Comes to a Successful Close

On August 19, the company's trade union held the 2026 Young Employee Integration Carnival, themed "Wisdom Converges at Zhongnan, Youth Meets in Hunan," following meticulous planning. The event was open to newly onboarded employees, interns, and the company's home-grown talents, and was attended by company leaders Zhou Jun and Xiao Xionggao.

At the opening, Xiao Xionggao, Member of the company's General Party Branch Committee and Chairman of the trade union, remarked that young employees — active in mind and full of vigor — represent the hope of the company's high-quality development. He encouraged everyone to take the event as an opportunity to participate actively, communicate boldly, and integrate quickly, to grow rapidly in their respective positions, and to move forward in step with the company.

The event innovatively adopted a multi-zone, multi-module challenge format, with six independent interactive challenge modules set up on site. Across the challenge zones, young employees helped one another, moving from the initial reserve of first encounters to walking side by side in tacit cooperation, fully displaying the uplifting and dynamic spirit of today's young generation. Through immersive and interactive experiences, the event helped these young people quickly find their place in the big family of Zhongnan Intelligent.

The event not only built a bridge for communication among new employees and strengthened the foundation of teamwork, but also allowed the seeds of corporate culture to quietly take root in everyone's hearts.
