The Workers’ Congress of Zhongnan Intelligent was successfully convened.

On the afternoon of April 7, the Third Session of the First Congress of Employee Representatives and Trade Union Members of Zhongnan Intelligence concluded successfully. The meeting was conducted in a standardized and efficient manner, adopting a hybrid “in-person + online” participation format. All employee representatives attended, jointly deliberating on the company’s development strategy and charting a new course for democratic management. The session approved the work report of the previous trade union committee and the report on the review of trade union funds, and proceeded with a secret ballot to elect the third-term trade union committee, the third-term fund‑review committee, and the third-term women workers’ committee. The trade union committee comprises seven members: Xiao Gaoxiong, Duan Xian, Huang Meijie, Long Huan, Liu Hui, Dan Lang, and Hu Qiyuan. Among them, Xiao Gaoxiong was elected chairman of the trade union; Duan Xian was elected vice chairwoman of the trade union and director of the women workers’ committee; and Huang Meijie was elected director of the fund‑review committee.

Zhou Jun, a member of the company’s Party General Branch Committee and Chief Financial Officer, attended the conference and, on behalf of the Party General Branch, expressed earnest expectations and set forth clear requirements for the newly elected trade union leadership. He emphasized that the new trade union must continue to fulfill its role as a bridge and link, closely align with the company’s core priorities, proactively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, continuously enhance its services, and rally the entire workforce to forge ahead, thereby contributing the trade union’s wisdom and strength to the enterprise’s high‑quality development. Xiao Gaoxiong, a member of the Party General Branch Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting and delivered a concluding address. He pledged to lead the new trade union team with diligence and responsibility, maintain strict self-discipline, and better serve both employees and the company’s drive for high‑quality growth. He also conveyed the company’s relevant disciplinary guidelines and work arrangements, reported on the positive momentum of business performance and progress in deepening reforms since the beginning of the year, and called on all staff to unite and strive vigorously toward achieving the company’s annual business objectives. The successful convening of this Employees’ Congress represents an important step forward for Zhongnan Intelligent in advancing democratic management and consolidating synergies for development. The conference unified thinking, clarified direction, and boosted morale, laying a solid foundation for the company to continue deepening reform and achieving high‑quality growth.
