Carry forward the spirit of the Long March and forge ahead with great strides || Zhongnan Intelligent Holds Themed Event Celebrating the 105th Founding Anniversary of the CPC

On July 1, Zhongnan Intelligent organized the themed event " Carry forward the spirit of the Long March and forge ahead with great strides," attended by all employees at the office, shareholder representatives, and invited guests.

In the morning, the event focused on institutional communication and strategic empowerment, with two dedicated presentations conducted in an orderly manner to lay a solid foundation for the company’s standardized operations and forward‑looking development. First, Chen Changjin, Chief Consultant at Liepin, was invited to deliver a specialized briefing on human resources policies. Drawing on the company’s actual business needs and benchmark industry cases, he systematically outlined the organization’s HR management framework, providing a detailed analysis of key areas such as talent development, performance appraisal, compensation and incentives, and career progression. He clearly articulated the underlying management principles and the value these systems bring, further deepening all employees’ understanding and buy‑in to the HR framework, thereby helping the company establish a scientific, standardized, and finely tuned talent management system and unleashing the innovative vitality of its workforce.

Subsequently, Hu Dongbin, professor and doctoral supervisor at the Business School of Central South University and chairman and general manager of Hunan Hongpu Innovation Technology Development Co., Ltd., delivered a special presentation to all employees on the 15th Five-Year Plan. As a seasoned expert in management studies, Hu based his talk on national macro development trends and industrial policy guidance, combined with the development pattern of the intelligent manufacturing industry and the company’s strategic positioning, to comprehensively and from multiple angles interpret the core tenets, key tasks, and development opportunities of the 15th Five-Year Plan. The presentation balanced macro perspective with industry depth, precisely analyzing future development trends, directions for innovation breakthroughs, and key areas for market layout in the intelligent manufacturing sector. It provided professional, scientific theoretical guidance and practical ideas for Zhongnan Intelligent to anchor strategic goals, seize development opportunities, and advance transformation and upgrading, clarifying the company’s development blueprint for all employees and strengthening their confidence and determination to focus on the core business and work diligently to overcome challenges.

Following the conclusion of the training and dissemination session, Dr. Yang Yang, Chairman of Zhongnan Intelligent, delivered a summarizing address. Dr. Yang unequivocally stated that “focused, rapid, and decisive progress” is the only viable path for the company’s sustainable development. To break through existing constraints and seize new opportunities, he outlined three key initiatives: first, streamlining and divesting non‑core resources; second, dismantling organizational silos to eliminate inefficiencies; and third, reimagining a three‑tiered profit‑generation model. He emphasized that the company’s reform and development are underpinned by two robust pillars: the full support and endorsement of its shareholders, coupled with ample financial backing, alongside a continuously refined, modern corporate governance framework. This dual‑engine approach ensures that strategic objectives are executed on course and that long‑term growth is firmly grounded. In addition, Dr. Yang extended his encouragement to the company’s younger generation, underscoring that they constitute the core talent pool essential for implementing the “15th Five-Year Plan” and achieving the company’s strategic goals. The company will further enhance its talent‑development system and build expansive career‑advancement platforms to nurture the growth of young employees. At the same time, he urged this next‑generation workforce to swiftly integrate into the corporate culture, transcend conventional mindsets, and embrace their mission with a spirit of relentless dedication, ready to meet challenges head‑on. Finally, Dr. Yang stressed that technology is merely the ticket to entry, while execution is the decisive factor determining success or failure. He called on all employees to unite in purpose, work with unwavering commitment, and drive the company’s high‑quality, leapfrogging development through highly effective execution.

In the afternoon, the company organized all employees to watch the red classic film "Four Crossings" together. The Four Crossings of the Chishui River is a highly representative classic battle of the Red Army's Long March, showcasing the revolutionary spirit of Red Army soldiers: adaptability, combined wisdom and bravery, fearlessness of powerful enemies, and indomitable perseverance. During the screening, all employees immersively revisited those turbulent years, deeply felt the predecessors' wisdom and responsibility in finding breakthroughs amid desperate situations and advancing bravely in hardship, and profoundly appreciated how hard-won the good life and the favorable environment for enterprise development are today.

Looking ahead, all cadres and employees of Zhongnan Intelligent will internalize the spirit of the Long March and translate it into concrete actions, turning their learning into a powerful driving force for tackling tough challenges and delivering results.
