Graduate student practice teams from Tsinghua University and Peking University visited Zhongnan Intelligent.

On the afternoon of June 25, graduate student teams from Tsinghua University and Peking University visited the company for a practical exchange, accompanied by officials from the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Yuhua District Committee of the Communist Youth League. Relevant leaders from the company’s Human Resources Department, Party and Mass Work Department, and Central Research Institute provided full‑time hospitality throughout the visit.

Inside the exhibition hall, digital twin factories and real-world applications of artificial intelligence technologies are showcased one by one, offering a clear glimpse into the company’s achievements in intelligent equipment R&D and industrialization. The company outlined its growth strategy—deeply cultivating intelligent manufacturing, continuously ramping up R&D investment, and building platforms to support young talent. A graduate student from Tsinghua University’s Department of Electronic Engineering remarked that Yuhua Intelligent Equipment boasts a robust industrial foundation, a mature industry–university–research collaboration ecosystem, and highly attractive opportunities at the intersection of cutting-edge technological breakthroughs and industrial development. Through this on-site visit, he gained a profound appreciation for Zhongnan Intelligent’s strong technical capabilities and forward‑looking strategic positioning in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Grounded in its core business of high-end equipment manufacturing, the company is focused on driving the digital and intelligent transformation of industry, backed by a solid technological base, a well‑integrated industrial chain, and extensive experience in project implementation. Several of its core technologies are at the forefront of the industry. At the event, the company emphasized that it is steadily expanding its business segments and warmly invites top‑tier university talent to join forces in tackling key technological challenges and pioneering new avenues for industrial growth.

After the visit, representatives from the government, the enterprise, and the university held a discussion and exchange session, with an enthusiastic atmosphere on site. Heads of the Party and Masses Work Department, the Central Research Institute, and the Human Resources Department each engaged in in-depth exchanges with the students: the Party and Masses Work Department introduced the company’s youth Party-building, League-building efforts and employee development system; the Central Research Institute discussed cutting-edge R&D in intelligent equipment and collaborative industry-university-research projects, sharing innovative industry thinking with the graduate students; the Human Resources Department provided detailed information on internship channels, campus recruitment training, career progression, and employee benefits, and carefully answered various career development questions of concern to the students.

This visit and symposium has established a long-term communication channel between the university and the enterprise, ensuring the continued close ties between the company and top-tier young talent from leading universities.
