At the competition site, participants remained focused and composed, tackling every stage with meticulous attention to detail—from equipment setup and process execution to quality control and workflow optimization—striving for excellence at every turn. Drawing on their solid theoretical foundations, refined operational skills, and adaptability, they engaged in fierce competition. Meanwhile, the judging panel upheld the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, rigorously applying the scoring criteria to deliver objective and accurate assessments that truly reflected each contestant’s professional capabilities.

The competition featured a dual‑stage format: a theoretical written exam and an on‑site practical assessment. During the written test, participants remained calm and meticulous in their responses; on the practical stage, each contestant showcased their strengths, delivering standout performances: sparks from welding gleamed with artisanal precision, CNC machining was both accurate and efficient, gantry operations were steady and compliant, fitter’s work was painstakingly refined, electrical commissioning was professional and swift, and forklift operation was both skillful and reliable—altogether highlighting the robust technical capabilities of the young workforce. Following a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation, the champions in each trade and the overall team champion were announced: Zhou Wei won the welder’s title; Liu Zhipeng claimed double honors as both CNC operator and drilling‑fitter; Wu Anwen took the gantry operator crown; Yao Qingwen secured the electrical commissioning title; Liu Xiang earned the mechanical‑assembly fitter title; Tang Jianjun emerged as the forklift operator champion; and Liu Xiang also claimed the overall team championship. This competition not only provided a high‑quality platform for young skilled professionals to hone their craft, share experiences, and grow together, but it also underscored the company’s unwavering commitment to nurturing craftsmanship and cultivating talent.
