On March 20, the “Striving for New Achievements in the 15th Five-Year Plan” — “Chinese Dream, Beauty of Labor” National Workers’ Lecture Tour, co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, kicked off with a session at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Guo Dongni, a post‑95s master craftsman from Zhongnan Intelligence, along with other female model workers and outstanding women in the diplomatic field, took to the podium to share their inspiring stories of dedication and perseverance. Leading officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions attended the event and presented the speakers and worker representatives with copies of the books “Outline for Studying Xi Jinping’s Thought on Diplomacy (2025 Edition)” and “Xi Jinping and Frontline Workers.”

“When the baton of succession passes into our hands, we must carry forward the reputation of ‘Made in China’ and ensure that technological innovation truly shines on the production frontlines!” During her presentation, Guo Dongni passionately recounted her personal journey, sharing stories of unwavering dedication to craftsmanship and bold determination to break new ground. Through concrete actions, she embodied the spirit of female innovation and a sense of responsibility, fully showcasing the ethos of young talent at Zhongnan Intelligent—standing at the forefront of science and technology and striving to make contributions for the nation—and earning warm applause from the audience.

Model female workers, representatives of frontline employees, advisors and some members of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Women Workers’ Committee, as well as officials from relevant departments and units of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, attended the briefing.
