Release date: 2025-04-23

On April 22, Lanzhou Deputy Mayor Ruan Qiang led a delegation of government and business representatives to visit Zhongnan Intelligent. Zhang Jibin, director of the Lanzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and others attended. The company’s chairman Yang Yang, Changtai Robot chairman Gao Di, and union chairman Xiao Gaoxiong warmly received the group.

Yang Yang warmly welcomed Vice Mayor Ruan Qiang and his delegation. He noted that Lanzhou, as a major national energy and industrial base, has strong foundations in petrochemicals, military industry, and aerospace, and that there is broad scope for cooperation with Zhongnan Intelligent in intelligent equipment R&D and digital technology applications. He said the company will fully leverage the advantages of intelligent manufacturing—green, low-carbon, quality-improving and efficiency-enhancing—focusing on “empowering the upgrade of Lanzhou’s energy industry,” and through embodied intelligence, industrial internet, and digital twin technologies provide Lanzhou with tailored transformation and upgrade solutions.

Ruan Qiang gave full recognition to Zhongnan Intelligent’s independent innovation capabilities, saying the company’s technical experience is of great significance to promoting the intelligent upgrade of traditional manufacturing. He stated that Lanzhou is currently accelerating key projects such as the high-end development of petrochemical equipment and intelligent extraction, and actively promoting intelligent manufacturing in precision military and aerospace manufacturing. There is an urgent need to introduce technical experience in intelligent equipment and the industrial internet to resolve pain points in industrial upgrading. He expressed hope that Zhongnan Intelligent will fully apply its technical strengths to deepen cooperation in key technology breakthroughs and intelligent transformation pilots, injecting innovative momentum into traditional energy and equipment manufacturing industries.

Before the talks, Ruan and his delegation visited the company’s technology exhibition hall and intelligent production workshops to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s innovations and industrial applications in embodied intelligent robots and digital factories. Yang Yang focused on introducing Zhongnan Intelligent’s technical advantages in digital twins and intelligent equipment R&D, and shared typical cases of services for intelligent logistics and new energy industries.
