On May 13, a symposium was held in Changsha to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China. Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee, attended and delivered an important speech. She emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, unite and lead the city’s youth members to live up to their time, forge ahead, and write a more magnificent chapter of youth in the journey of fully implementing the strategic positioning and mission of “three highs and four new” and striving to implement the strategy of “strengthening the provincial capital”.

Guo Dongni shared her story of youthful struggle in Zhongnan Intelligent Innovation and Creation and her courage to reach new heights. She said that the young engineers of Zhongnan Intelligent will continue to shoulder their responsibilities and missions, use practical actions to fulfill the youth oath of "please rest assured of the party and strengthen the country with me", and write a chapter of youth that speaks louder than words in promoting "three highs and four new" and "strengthening the provincial capital" with rich technological research and development results.

"I am a 'post-95s' new Changsha native." In 2017, Guo Dongni came to Hunan University from Changchun, Jilin, to study for graduate school. She started interning at Zhongnan Intelligent Company as soon as she was a graduate student. It was also the first time she felt the majestic power of intelligent manufacturing in Changsha, Hunan.

Guo Dongni's team is a "women's army" with a master's degree with an average age of less than 30 years old. They are young and they just sit on the "cold bench" of scientific research and have a "hot effect".

Perhaps many people still don’t understand that in the field of textile industry, in the past, after the cloth was produced, a large number of manual inspections were required one by one, which was not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also had low accuracy. In order to support the intelligent upgrading of the textile industry and equip machines with "eyes" and "brains", Guo Dongni's team bravely submitted a "letter of challenge" and stationed themselves at the Chuzhou Textile Factory in Anhui, thousands of miles away, where they stayed for half a year.

After unremitting efforts, the team finally developed a cloth defect detection system with independent intellectual property rights - "ZTVT tire base non-woven fabric self-learning vision system", which uses artificial intelligence to liberate workers' eyes. The system was quickly promoted and applied in more than 50 production lines across the country, with a false detection rate of less than 0.1%, a market share of more than 50%, and an output value of over 40 million yuan within half a year.

When participating in two major national scientific research projects, the team formed a youth commando team to guard the front lines of the casting and cement workshops. In order not to disrupt the production plan, everyone often waits until midnight to debug the production line. On weekdays, beauty-loving girls wear heavy dust masks, but after one night they are often covered in dust and have a gray face.

Hard work pays off. Over the past three years, the company's young technology R&D team has overcome more than 100 technical problems and process bottlenecks, built the first machines (sets) in many industries, and built "super intelligent factories" in many key industries. While improving efficiency and production capacity, it has significantly improved the working environment of customer workshops. Two major national scientific research projects passed the mid-term inspection and project acceptance respectively, and their technical indicators have reached the leading domestic level.
