4. Smart Warehouse Inventory Optimization Scenario: Leveraging AI for real-time inventory counting and dynamic safety stock calculations, the system automatically adjusts the warehouse inventory structure, optimizes warehouse resource utilization, and reduces capital tied up in inventory.

5. 5G + Robotics–Driven Intelligent Logistics Scheduling: By integrating 5G high-speed communication with automated robotic systems, this solution enables unmanned material handling and scheduling within the factory premises, achieving end-to-end intelligent delivery from warehousing to the production line. Application Results

This project establishes an integrated business application middleware platform, seamlessly connecting WMS, MES, and the production collaboration platform to break down information silos across disparate systems and lay a robust foundation for enterprise-wide, cross‑functional data coordination. Leveraging AI‑driven intelligent analytics, it delivers end‑to‑end lean optimization across procurement planning, production scheduling, and warehouse inventory management, while also implementing a comprehensive, real‑time anomaly‑alerting system to enable proactive risk management in production operations. In parallel, by deeply integrating 5G‑enabled high‑speed communications with advanced robotic systems, the project deploys an autonomous, smart material‑dispatching model throughout the plant. Collectively, this achieves digital and intelligent closed‑loop control across the entire production, warehousing, and logistics value chain, effectively reducing capital tied up in inventory, optimizing capacity allocation, and cutting labor‑intensive handling costs. As a result, the enterprise’s overall production collaboration efficiency and flexible manufacturing capabilities are significantly enhanced, providing critical support for the factory’s digital and smart transformation and upgrade.
