Product Introduction

This software is an offline programming and digital twin platform designed for processes such as welding, grinding, and painting. It offers core functionalities including automated recommendation of process parameters, automatic generation of paths and programs, job simulation, precise control, and virtual–physical interaction. The platform is compatible with mainstream domestic and international robot brands, including KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, Syntec, and Estun, and has undergone engineering validation in heavy‑industry applications such as medium‑ and thick‑plate welding (transformer enclosures) and thick‑plate welding (wind‑turbine components).

Functionally, in the no‑coding mode, users simply select the work path and objects within a 3D environment; the system automatically computes the path parameters, generates a simulation animation, and outputs an executable program with a single click—entirely without any code writing. The high‑precision simulation engine features collision detection, reachability analysis, and takt‑time evaluation, ensuring that offline programs are thoroughly validated in the virtual environment before being deployed on site. The digital twin module supports real-time status monitoring, remote control, and online program updates, with customizable one‑to‑one, one‑to‑many, or many‑to‑one control modes as needed.

Technical Advantages: No‑code development reduces teach‑in time by more than 80%, enabling even entry‑level process engineers to get started and significantly lowering the barrier to adoption. A three‑tier architecture decouples data, services, and business logic, facilitating system scalability and third‑party integration. Virtual‑physical interaction maintains a synchronization frequency of ≥100 Hz, ensuring real‑time reliability for remote operation. Multi‑brand compatibility is achieved through a unified programming interface and automatic program format conversion, helping enterprises break free from reliance on a single vendor and enabling flexible deployment.

Application areas

Transformer Manufacturing: Suitable for welding medium‑ and thick‑plate components in transformer enclosures, the software offers automated recommendations for multi‑layer, multi‑pass welding parameters and path planning. Combined with digital twin‑based remote monitoring, it ensures consistent weld quality.

Wind power equipment manufacturing: Focused on welding thick‑plate structural components such as wind turbine pipe fittings and tower sections, it supports groove‑path planning for large‑thickness plates and multi‑layer, multi‑pass simulation validation, and has already been deployed in practical engineering applications in the field of thick‑plate welding for wind turbine pipe fittings.
