It features a standardized XY2‑100 communication protocol interface, supports a wide range of F‑theta field lenses, and offers exceptional versatility. The system adopts an integrated, modular architecture, with synergistic optimization of the optical path, control electronics, and mechanical design. Linearity exceeds 99.5%, long‑term thermal drift is below 100 µrad per 8 hours, and angular response time is less than 300 µs, balancing high‑speed processing with micron‑level stability. The entire unit exhibits strong electromagnetic interference immunity, while its modular disassembly and reassembly design significantly reduces post‑deployment maintenance costs.
