Zhongnan Intelligent Holds Signing Ceremony for 2025 Performance Target Responsibility Agreements

On March 27, Zhongnan Intelligent solemnly held the signing ceremony for the 2025 target responsibility agreements.

All members of the company's Party General Branch committee, senior management, and heads of all subsidiaries and headquarters functional departments gathered to jointly sign the new annual target responsibility agreements, further clarifying strategic direction, strengthening primary responsibilities, laying a solid foundation for fully achieving the high-quality development goals for 2025, and safeguarding operations.

After the signing ceremony, the company’s Chairman and General Manager Yang Yang gave important instructions on achieving the annual performance targets with high quality, focusing on three aspects: “clarity of the situation, correctness of methods, and strength of resolve.”

Yang Yang noted that facing the challenges and opportunities of the new year, all Zhongnan Intelligent staff must always uphold a work attitude of “clarity of the situation,” conducting in-depth analysis of market dynamics, technology trends, and internal weaknesses so that targets are clear, problems are accurately identified, and measures are pragmatic; they must adopt “correct methods” as the guiding principle of action, seeking breakthroughs through management innovation, technical 攻关, and resource integration, using scientific means to improve efficiency and reduce costs; and they must center their spirit on “strong resolve,” maintaining the fighting spirit to meet challenges, staying focused on targets, and ensuring the high-quality completion of all items in the responsibility agreements.

Yang Yang demanded that whether in technology R&D, supply chain support, or human resources allocation, the company must be guided by frontline needs and rooted in the value creation of those who strive, and must never let “tilting toward the frontline and toward the strivers” become an empty slogan. Back-office departments must abandon parochialism and truly establish a “frontline-first” service awareness, providing the frontline teams with fully stocked “ammunition” in the rear, jointly building an efficient operational system of “frontline assault, rear escort.”

Yang Yang emphasized that to achieve the year’s business objectives, all employees, in the pursuit of these goals, should have the boldness of “strong winds rise and clouds fly,” the equanimity of “neither storm nor sunshine,” and above all the right working methods and dauntless wisdom to overcome all difficulties and reach the targets.

Zhongnan Intelligent will use this signing ceremony as an opportunity to further unite staff consensus and contribute more to the future industrial development of Hunan Province.
