Changsha Municipal Government Research Office and Municipal CPPCC Research Office Visit Zhongnan Intelligent for Special Research on the Artificial Intelligence Industry

On the morning of September 5, Ou Wenqing, Deputy Director of the Research Office of the Changsha Municipal CPPCC, led a research delegation to Hunan Zhongnan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct a special investigation into the artificial intelligence (embodied intelligence) industry. Participants included Zou Jincheng, Director of the Research Office’s Investigation Division from the Municipal Government Research Office; Yuan Liang, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Research Office Party Committee; Luan Jie, Deputy Director of the Investigation Division; and Huan Lin, Member of the Yuhua Economic Development Zone Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee.

Assistant General Manager Liu Zenghua, Executive Dean of the Central Research Institute Dr. Duan Xiaogang, and Administrative Department Head Wang Qingtian received the delegation on behalf of the company. The delegation toured the company exhibition hall and technology workshop. Dr. Duan Xiaogang highlighted Zhongnan Intelligent’s technological breakthroughs and industrialized achievements across three major business sectors—industrial robot system integration, high-end laser intelligent equipment, and industrial internet platforms—and demonstrated the practical application of perovskite precision machined samples and the digital twin platform throughout the full production process.

Deputy Director Ou Wenqing listened attentively to the presentation and expressed high recognition of the company's adherence to independent innovation and the achievements made in promoting the implementation of intelligent manufacturing technologies. He noted that Zhongnan Intelligent, as a leading enterprise in the fields of artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing, has made important contributions to the development of relevant industries in Changsha, and the government research office will actively support the company’s further integration into the regional innovation system and the expansion of application scenarios and market space.

This research visit effectively promoted communication and understanding between the government and the enterprise, laying a solid foundation for the company’s subsequent participation in building the artificial intelligence industry ecosystem and deepening industry–university–research cooperation.
