Zhongnan Intelligent Holds Q4 Sales Coordination Meeting, Aims for the "Dapeng Initiative" to Strive for Full-Year Targets

To accelerate implementation of the annual strategic objectives and ensure decisive results for the core initiative "Dapeng Plan," the company held its 2025 fourth-quarter sales coordination meeting on the afternoon of September 12. The meeting, themed "One Hundred Days to Overcome Difficulties; Ensuring the 'Dapeng Plan' Is Implemented," aimed to unify thinking, clarify the path, and consolidate efforts for a final push toward the year-end sales targets. Company leadership, heads of relevant departments, principal leaders of subsidiaries, heads of business units, and sales personnel attended. Company Chairman Dr. Yang Yang delivered the closing remarks.

Focus on Target Breakdown, Strengthen Collaborative Support

At the start of the meeting, Industrial Intelligence General Manager Chen Guoli introduced the meeting’s core objectives and the strategic significance of the "Dapeng Plan." Project managers and sales staff from each subsidiary reported on the key projects they are following up in the fourth quarter, concentrating on three areas: clarifying targets, refining requirements, and improving collaborative efficiency. Reporters provided detailed breakdowns of targets and task ownership, and, aligned with those task goals, clearly identified the key resources and cross-departmental support needed to meet the targets. Attending leaders and department heads responded to requests on the spot and held practical discussions and initial coordination on collaborative support measures such as resource allocation, process optimization, and information sharing, aiming to remove obstacles for frontline sales and provide strong support.

Boosting team morale and deploying critical actions

The meeting also included a special "battle zone mobilization oath" segment. Sales team leaders from each subsidiary led core members onto the stage and, with strong and resolute pledges, expressed their confidence and determination to complete the tasks. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and rousing, greatly lifting team morale.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Yang Yang, the company’s chairman, delivered a concluding speech and outlined key work assignments. He said the sales plan, named "Dapeng," signifies a self-rebirth and self-reformation aimed at loftier goals. Zhongnan Intelligent must courageously shoulder a leading role in the field of industrial intelligence and organically align the company’s development with national and provincial Party Committee and provincial government policies. He emphasized that the company should, in accordance with the first principles of time management, communication, decision-making, success, and growth, and with even more vigorous morale, more pragmatic styles, and closer collaboration, unswervingly advance the "Dapeng Plan," ensure the full achievement of annual operational targets, and lay a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
