Zhongnan Intelligent Concludes Its 2018 Spring Festival Work Conference

Release date: 2018-02-05

On February 4, Zhongnan Intelligent held its 2018 Spring Festival work conference at the Huawen Yuexi Hotel. Chairman Liu Zheng, General Manager Yang Yang, members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors, and all company employees took part, with Yang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Huasheng Group, and other guests attending by invitation.

The conference conveyed the guidance issued at Hunan’s provincial “Two Sessions,” reviewed the company’s work in 2017 in full, set out its tasks for 2018, and released the Zhongnan Intelligent Three-Year Strategic Development Plan (2018–2020) and the Changtai Robot 2018 Annual Work Plan. Outstanding employees of 2017 were recognized and rewarded, the company’s partnership share option incentive plan was announced, and Liang Shihua, Liu Yunyun, and others received the General Manager’s Special Award. A first-round share option pledging ceremony was also held for the company’s core technical and management staff.

General Manager Yang Yang commended employees’ performance in 2017 and said that in 2018 the company would benchmark itself closely against the internal control standards required of listed companies, centering its efforts on improving economic returns and drawing momentum from reform and restructuring to comprehensively optimize its operating structure and achieve a thoroughgoing transformation. He encouraged everyone to stay true to the company’s founding purpose, keep its mission in mind, and work together in a common effort toward a brighter future for the company and better lives for themselves.

Chairman Liu Zheng extended Spring Festival greetings to all staff. He emphasized upholding the Party’s leadership over all work, keeping economic development at the center, further studying and implementing the guidance of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, and giving full play to the leading and political core role of the Party organization. He encouraged everyone to hold firm to their confidence and realize their aspirations, to face shortfalls squarely and meet challenges, to bring talent together and build something substantial, and to pursue win-win cooperation and faster growth — working as one to meet the company’s development targets, achieving success through hard work and accountability, and contributing to the building of a prosperous, beautiful, and happy new Hunan.

The conference closed to warm applause. However long the road, it can be walked one step at a time; however short, it cannot be covered without setting out. From today, let us turn anxiety about what lies ahead into thinking and planning for it. Let us work together toward Zhongnan Intelligent’s own aspirations. In 2018, the company will be reborn through fire and reach new heights.
