CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is the most authoritative process-improvement model in the global field of software engineering, and its Level 3 certification requires an organization to establish an enterprise-level standard process system covering all key domains — engineering, management, and support — under highly stringent appraisal criteria. Achieving this certification marks that the software development and project management. capabilities of Sichuan Zhongnan Intelligent have reached the internationally recognized "Defined" level, completing the leap from experience-dependent, project-level management to organization-level standardized control — and providing a solid R&D management foundation for the company's deep commitment to frontier fields such as embodied intelligence and laser equipment.

During the appraisal process, the Digital Automation Department took the lead, working in concert with R&D, testing, project management, and quality assurance functions to complete the core tasks of building the organizational standard process set, constructing the process asset library, running pilot projects, and conducting organization-wide interviews. Closely aligned with the company's actual business scenarios, the team used its typical projects in embodied intelligence, industrial AI algorithms, and intelligent warehousing and logistics as validation vehicles, converting process standards into enduring organizational assets and ensuring the successful completion of the appraisal.
