Rain-Nurtured Young Talents, Dreams in Blossom — Zhongnan Intelligent Successfully Holds Meet-and-Greet for Its 2027 "Xinhuo Zhizao Camp" Interns

On July 20, 2026, Hunan Zhongnan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. solemnly held the meet-and-greet ceremony for its 2027 "Xinhuo Zhizao Camp" interns in the first-floor conference room. Leaders from the Organization Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and the Yuhua Economic and Technological Development Zone attended in person, and Dr. Yang Yang, Chairman of the company, led the executive team and mentor team in attendance. Nine outstanding students from top universities — selected from 1,516 applicants worldwide for the "National University Students' Changsha Tour" program — officially joined the ranks of Zhongnan Intelligent's home-grown young talents.

Policies as the foundation, the city as the bedrock. Yuan Xiaoqing, Deputy Director of the Second Division of Talent Work under the Organization Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, and Xie Jiaomei, Director of the Enterprise Service Center of Yuhua Economic and Technological Development Zone, attended and delivered speeches, expressly affirming Zhongnan Intelligent's deeply cultivated young-talent development system, along with Changsha's commitment to and expectations of its young talents.

Policy support. Yuan Xiaoqing noted: "Changsha is going all out to build itself into a global R&D hub. Intelligent manufacturing and artificial intelligence are riding a powerful tailwind, and our full-chain talent policies, combined with a heart-warming service system, pave an expressway to growth for young talents."

A solid backup. Xie Jiaomei pledged on the spot: "The development zone will always stand firmly behind you — whatever help you need, we will respond at any time. We hope you will take root at Zhongnan Intelligent and exercise your talents and realize your value on Changsha's fertile industrial ground."

A systematic framework for cultivating talent within the enterprise. Zhongnan Intelligent welcomed its home-grown talents with the highest standards and most practical measures, building a full-cycle talent cultivation loop that spans from cultural identification to hands-on training.

A ceremonial welcome. Dr. Yang Yang, Chairman of the company, personally presented each intern with a customized "Xiao Zhongnan" mascot figurine and a laser-engraved souvenir, conveying the warmth of the company's educational ethos of "passing on the torch and manufacturing the future."

Deeply rooted culture. Executive Gao Di delivered a systematic presentation on the company's mission and core values under the theme "Huxiang as the scroll, youth as the pen; intelligent manufacturing as the ink, responsibility as the soul," strengthening the interns' sense of identity.

The cultivation system in action. The company launched a "Tri-Mentor System" (ideological mentor + industry mentor + professional mentor). Xiao Xionggao, an executive and representative of the professional mentors, walked through the tiered mentorship training plan on site, while Guo Dongni, a "Great National Artisan," added the advice "safety first, and completion before perfection," ensuring that every intern has a clear learning path and rewarding hands-on experience.

Bright eyes, dreams in action. Faced with the city's trust and the company's commitment, the nine interns responded with enthusiasm, resonating with a threefold sense of belonging, mission, and drive for action.

A sense of belonging. "The moment I received the 'Xiao Zhongnan' figurine and the laser-engraved souvenir bearing my own name, I felt that I was no longer just an intern, but one of Zhongnan Intelligent's home-grown talents." — Dr. Li, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

A sense of mission. "The Tri-Mentor System has shown me a clear growth map. I look forward to exploring the boundaries of my knowledge at the company, breaking through my limits, and contributing to intelligent manufacturing in Changsha." — Xiong, Peking University.

A drive for action. "When Ms. Guo said, 'Get moving first, then refine it gradually,' it really struck a chord with me! Changsha offers the platform, and Zhongnan offers the sincerity — I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work!" — Liao, Nanjing University.

The successful holding of this meet-and-greet was a concrete action by Zhongnan Intelligent to implement Changsha's talent recruitment and cultivation arrangements, and a valuable practice in government–enterprise collaborative talent development.
