Tan Hongsheng, Deputy Director of the Changsha Municipal People's Government Research Office, Leads a Delegation Visit to Zhongnan Intelligent

On the morning of October 28, Tan Hongsheng, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Changsha Municipal People's Government Research Office, led a delegation from the municipal research team for the Government Work Report on a visit to Zhongnan Intelligent. Jiang Cuizheng, Second-Level Advisor of the Yuhua District People's Government, accompanied the delegation. Gao Di, Chairman of Changtai Robot, a subsidiary of Zhongnan Intelligent, received the guests, joined by Peng Ling, head of the General Manager's Office.

The delegation toured the company's technology exhibition hall and R&D workshop, focusing on its latest achievements in technological breakthroughs and the empowerment of advanced manufacturing. Gao Di gave the delegation a vivid presentation of the company's frontier products, including intelligent robots, industrial intelligent agents, and ultra-precision laser core equipment. As one of the first group of national key "Little Giant" enterprises specializing in refined and sophisticated niches and a "National Quality Benchmark," Zhongnan Intelligent has delivered an impressive track record.

On the core technology front, the company's independently developed embodied-intelligence winding robot has drawn wide attention. It is China's first industrial embodied-intelligence robot to obtain EU CE certification (under rigorous assessment by TÜV Rheinland of Germany), precisely meeting the demand for transformer manufacturing driven by the computing power industry. In addition, the company has built a matrix of embodied-intelligence products covering fabric rewinding and inspection machines, cleaning and grinding robots, and more.

In serving national strategies, Zhongnan Intelligent has cultivated deep expertise in the field of defense and major national defense equipment, with products covering more than 110 industrial scenarios and three consecutive years of service on digital production lines for aero-engines. Moreover, R&D personnel account for 80% of the company's workforce. It is home to more than 30 talents recognized at the municipal level or above—including the nation's youngest post-95 "Great Craftsman of the Nation"—and hosts 10 innovation platforms, including provincial-level academician workstations, providing strong support for the company's high-quality development.

The delegation spoke highly of the company's commitment to innovation-driven development, its deep empowerment of manufacturing transformation and upgrading, and its formidable strength in key areas such as embodied intelligence, national defense, and talent development.
