Continuous assembly scenario for complete electric motors: Leveraging a 45-meter, double-deck, three-dimensional conveyor system, the upper-level heavy-duty roller conveyor supports a single pallet load of 1,500 kg and a linear load capacity of 2,200 kg per meter, enabling stable material flow across multiple motor models and meeting full‑process assembly requirements for fully loaded units.

2. High‑ and low‑speed layered collaborative flexible conveying system: The upper layer employs a heavy-duty roller conveyor operating at 6 m/min for high‑speed transport of large workpieces, while the lower layer utilizes steel double‑speed chain conveyors to assist with transfer and support tooling components. Both layers feature independent drive systems, balancing conveying efficiency with operational cycle time.

3. Multi‑specification motor positioning and adaptive assembly scenario: On the main line, a 750×750 standardized fixture plate is equipped with rotatable V‑shaped locating blocks, enabling flexible adaptation to various center heights (for a multi‑model series of motors ranging from 700 to 800 mm) and ensuring precise clamping and multi‑angle assembly operations.

Low-noise, stable precision assembly operation scenario: The upper roller station features an independently driven motor design, resulting in minimal vibration and low noise, thereby ensuring dimensional accuracy in the assembly of precision components such as stators and rotors, and preventing assembly deviations caused by conveyor-induced vibrations.

Standardized workstation for human–robot collaboration: The conveyor surface is fixed at a height of 320 mm, paired with a 140-mm tooling plate to create an ergonomically optimized workbench, thereby optimizing workers’ assembly postures and enhancing both comfort and production efficiency in heavy‑duty motor assembly operations.

The motor automated assembly line innovatively employs a 45-meter, vertically tiered, differentiated power‑transmission architecture. Leveraging the coordinated operation of high‑load‑capacity roller conveyors and speed‑multiplied chains, and paired with standardized heavy‑duty tooling pallets equipped with rotating V‑shaped positioning blocks, it can stably handle heavy motor components while supporting mixed‑model assembly across multiple center heights ranging from 700 to 800 mm. Each workstation features independent drive, ensuring low‑noise, smooth operation and effectively safeguarding the precision of motor assembly. Standardized working heights are ergonomically optimized, reducing operator workload. The entire conveying system offers ample load capacity, robust construction, and easy scalability, enabling continuous, efficient flow through all process steps for medium‑ and large‑size motors, balancing production rhythms across the line, significantly shortening changeover and setup times, and boosting first‑pass yield and overall throughput.
