The complete skid-mounted, modular pipeline prefabrication line integrates a containerized pipe‑cutting and beveling workstation, a cantilever‑type welding container workstation, a split‑type welding container workstation, and a full‑position field‑specific welding machine. The system supports all pipe sizes from DN50 to DN600 and can accommodate a wide range of complex on‑site construction conditions. It seamlessly connects the entire process chain—pipe cutting, precision beveling, and automated welding—enabling fully unmanned, automated operations throughout, significantly reducing on‑site labor requirements. The first‑pass weld‑quality rate consistently exceeds 99%, while bevel‑forming accuracy is high and the surface finish is smooth and even, eliminating the need for subsequent secondary grinding.
