On February 12, Changsha Changtai Robotics Co., Ltd. convened its first full staff assembly of 2026 at the Zhongnan Intelligent Industrial Park, themed “Transformation · Focus · Breakthrough: Jointly Chart a New Product Blueprint”. Senior company leaders including Gao Di, Chairman, and Zhu Libo, CEO, gathered with all employees for the event. The meeting also invited relevant department heads and guests from the headquarters of Zhongnan Intelligent to attend. All participants exchanged views on corporate transformation, set annual development goals, and embarked on a new journey of high-quality development. The assembly was presided over by Li Bo, Deputy General Manager of the company.

At the outset of the meeting, Li Jinjing, Head of the Human Resources Department, read out the documents outlining the new organizational restructuring and key position appointments, further streamlining the management team structure and strengthening the organizational foundation for the company’s productization transformation and business breakthroughs. Subsequently, department heads systematically presented their annual work plans in alignment with the company’s 2026 strategic objectives, articulating clear priorities and implementation roadmaps across R&D, delivery capabilities, quality control, and other critical areas, thereby fostering a shared sense of purpose and coordinated action to ensure the successful execution of the year’s strategy and the achievement of targeted results.

Mr. Zhu Libo, CEO of the company, delivered the corporate strategic planning report, which profoundly elaborated the strategic inevitability of the company’s transformation toward productization. He emphasized reshaping corporate value through standardization and building core competitive barriers via product serialization, so as to achieve a strategic leap from a "solution provider" to a "standard definer" in the industry.The report clarified the company’s development roadmap for 2026. First, the company will focus on core business tracks, drive iterative breakthroughs in flagship products, and build up overseas market competitiveness by aligning with international standards. Second, it will expand incremental application scenarios, enrich the product portfolio, and cultivate a tiered growth system for sustained business growth. Third, it will strengthen organizational capabilities, foster a company-wide "product-centric mindset", and establish a high-incentive value distribution mechanism to empower dedicated employees and recognize contributors as the core driving force of corporate development.

Mr. Gao Di, Chairman of the company, delivered an important speech. He pointed out that as the core subsidiary of Zhongnan Intelligent, Changsha Changtai shoulders the glorious mission of driving the group’s transformation, breakthroughs and strategic upgrading. Facing the new development journey, he put forward three expectations for the management team.First, fulfill annual targets rigidly with a mission-bound mindset and forge core competitiveness amid challenges and pressures. Second, achieve the transformation from "technical experts" to "all-round business managers", and adopt systematic thinking to shore up weaknesses in key links including capital operation, supply chain management and production administration. Third, break internal organizational barriers, reshape an open and collaborative corporate culture with a modest and inclusive attitude, and break down departmental silos to deliver integrated teamwork and synergy.He emphasized that talent is the primary resource for strategic implementation. The company must accelerate the development of core talent echelons with a broader vision and firmer resolve, so as to build a solid talent reservoir to fuel the high-quality leap-forward development of Changtai .
