Overseas High-Level Talent Delegation Visits Zhongnan Intelligent

On the morning of September 6, Yang Chan, Director of the Changsha Municipal Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, led a delegation of high-level overseas professionals on a visit to Zhongnan Intelligent. Yu Zhong, Director of the Investment Promotion and Cooperation Bureau of the Yuhua Economic Development Zone, accompanied the visit.

The delegation toured the company’s technology achievements showroom, viewed its promotional film and a feature report broadcast by Hunan Satellite TV, and visited the intelligent workshop for a close-up look at industrial robots, industrial automatic control system devices, the intelligent manufacturing informatization demonstration platform, and other intelligent industrial equipment. Members learned in detail about the company’s products and their application fields, its technology R&D, development strategy, talent requirements, and business objectives, and offered praise on a number of fronts.

Director Yang Chan spoke highly of Zhongnan Intelligent’s achievements in intelligent manufacturing. She said that as a high-technology enterprise, the company should continue to build its high-level talent team and grow stronger and larger, and that the Changsha Municipal Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs would strengthen its engagement and provide better services to support the company’s recruitment of high-end talent — thereby helping build the city’s wider pool of high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talent and gradually forming a cluster of senior professionals to lead Changsha’s science-based development.

Zhongnan Intelligent is a provincial-level state-owned intelligent manufacturing platform established at the direction of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government and approved by the Provincial SASAC. As a designated intelligent manufacturing demonstration enterprise for Hunan Province and a front-runner supporting Changsha’s bid to become a national intelligent manufacturing center, the company puts into practice a philosophy that puts strivers first and rewards them accordingly. It actively implements the talent, innovation, and entrepreneurship policies of Hunan Province and Changsha, has established substantial medium- and long-term incentive mechanisms, and offers outstanding professionals broad scope for development. Over the next three years it will deliver its “Three 1,000s” program: developing 1,000 outstanding engineers for the industry, producing 1,000 patents and items of intellectual property, and serving 1,000 representative customers.
