Setting Sail on a New Journey, Passing the Torch of Intelligent Manufacturing Toward the Future — Zhongnan Intelligent Successfully Holds Onboarding Training for Its 2026 "Xinhuo Zhizao Camp" Home-Grown Talents

To fully implement its talent-driven enterprise strategy, carry out the arrangements of the 15th Five-Year Development Plan, and adhere to the cultivation philosophy of "cultural immersion, business empowerment, collaborative symbiosis, and continuous growth," Zhongnan Intelligent conducted the onboarding and empowerment training program for its 2026 cohort of "Xinhuo Zhizao Camp" (Torch of Intelligent Manufacturing Camp) home-grown young talents from July 1 to 3. As a core component of "Spark Ignition," the first stage of the company's "Three-Stage Empowerment" talent development model, the training was themed "Building Identity and Gathering Strength, Seeking Roots and Forging the Soul," helping the new generation of talent quickly integrate into the organization and lay a solid foundation for their career growth.

The training program opened with a themed event marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China under the banner of "Carrying Forward the Long March Spirit, Advancing with Strides." At the orientation conference, the new employees systematically studied the company's human resources policies and its 15th Five-Year strategic plan, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the talent development, compensation and incentive, and career progression systems, as well as a clear picture of the company's five-year development blueprint. Dr. Yang Yang, Chairman of Zhongnan Intelligent, delivered a message to the new cohort, affirming that these home-grown talents constitute the core reserve force for implementing the 15th Five-Year Plan. He put forward the development path of "focused, striding progress," stressing that "technology is merely the ticket of entry, while execution capability is the line between life and death." He also set forth three expectations for their growth: to abandon the student mindset, let go of perfectionism and armchair theorizing, focus on practical implementation and iterative feedback, and complete the transformation from theory to real-world practice; to break through job boundaries, proactively step out of their comfort zones to learn across domains, and grow beyond being mere position executors into versatile talents fit for future development; and to maintain a positive mindset, confront challenges in a down-to-earth manner, reject negativity and complaint, propose constructive solutions, and drive team progress with a proactive attitude. In the afternoon, all new employees watched the revolutionary-themed film Four Crossings, immersively experiencing the Long March spirit and instilling this revolutionary heritage at the very starting point of their careers.

On July 2 and 3, the intensive training advanced systematically across four modules: culture and strategy, business landscape, policies and compliance, and hands-on skills. A faculty team composed of the company's core management and key business staff successively interpreted the essence of the corporate culture, the operating strategies of subsidiaries, and real business cases, and shared R&D achievements, helping the new employees build a complete understanding of the company. In parallel, functions including human resources, administration, finance, information technology, and safety delivered policy briefings and office software training covering the full range of work scenarios, with interactive Q&A sessions throughout, consolidating the foundation for job competency.

This onboarding training built a solid bridge for the 2026 cohort of home-grown talents to integrate into the organization. Taking the training as a starting point, all new employees will carry forward the Long March spirit, practice the development requirement of "focused, striding progress," translate what they have learned into momentum for real action, grow and shoulder greater responsibilities in their positions, and continuously inject youthful energy into Zhongnan Intelligent's high-quality, leapfrog development.
