Guo Dongni accepted an award and delivered a speech at the Provincial Model Worker Commendation Conference.

On April 29, the 2025 Hunan Province Celebration of International Labor Day (May Day) and the Commendation Conference for Model Workers and Advanced Contributors were held in Changsha. Shen Xiaoming, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended and addressed the event; Mao Weiming, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, presided over the conference; Zhang Yingchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, read out the decision on commendations; and Zhou Nong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a speech. Guo Dongni, a post‑1995 “national master craftsman” in training and deputy chief engineer of the High‑End Equipment Division at Changsha Changtai Robotics Co., Ltd. under Central South Intelligence, was awarded the title of “Hunan Provincial Model Worker.” As the provincial model worker representative, she took to the stage to accept the award and deliver a speech, with Hunan Provincial Party Secretary Shen Xiaoming presenting the honor.

In her speech, Guo Dongni revealed the secrets behind her personal growth and professional success. In just a few years, she transformed from an “outsider” and intern into a “new Hunan native” and a candidate for cultivation as a master craftsman of the nation. As a representative of new‑type productive forces, she was invited to give an exclusive interview on CCTV’s “Face to Face” program and received front‑page coverage on the flagship news broadcast, “Xinwen Lianbo.” The key to her rise lies in her resolute decision to take root in Hunan and join Zhongnan Intelligent’s innovation and entrepreneurship initiative.
